After depositing funds, non-domestic clients may notify us via email, through your account manager, or by contacting our customer service team. You may also upload your receipt directly here. Once verified, we will credit the funds to your trading account immediately.

Withdrawal Process

Please submit your withdrawal request using the following format:

Trading Platform Account
Withdrawal Amount (USD or HKD)
Bank Account Name
Bank Account Number
Name of Bank

Please send the above information to your registered email address, and forward it to [email protected]. Upon successful verification, we will transfer the funds to your designated bank account immediately via cheque, CHATS, or wire transfer.

*Note: We do not accept third-party transfers, frequent same-day deposit and withdrawal transactions, or any suspicious money laundering activities.
