Although 1 oz gold grains cannot be engraved with a serial number due to their size, your purchase certificate, invoice, and our system records together form complete proof, and you may contact us anytime for verification.

Why do 1 oz gold grains not have serial numbers? How is authenticity ensured?

Due to their small size, it is technically difficult to engrave a unique serial number on 1 oz gold grains — this is common practice internationally for small gold products. We provide dual assurance through:

  • Purchase Certificate: Your purchase record, invoice, and system record serve as complete proof of the transaction.
  • Buyback Verification: When you request a buyback, we will quickly verify using your purchase certificate.
If I need cash after purchase, how can I liquidate?

Ming Tak Financial offers T+0 Instant Buyback service. Simply keep the original product and purchase certificate intact, and you can resell to us at the real-time market gold price. Funds are credited quickly, with liquidity comparable to demand deposits.

What does 23-hour trading mean? Can I lock prices at night?

Yes. You can trade Monday to Friday, around 23 hours daily (synchronized with global gold spot trading hours) via the MT5 platform. This means you can make decisions based on international market movements at more flexible times — even after work or late at night.

When can I receive my gold?

This depends on inventory status when you lock the price:

  • Soonest: If spot inventory is available, collection can be arranged the same day or next working day.
  • Normal: If exclusive casting is required, it takes about 3–4 working days.
  • Latest: To ensure fulfillment under extreme market conditions, all orders have a maximum settlement time of 2 weeks. Your advisor will keep you updated throughout.
