3. 當賬戶虧損時，贈金會損失嗎？
不會。為保護客戶權益，當賬戶淨值低於或等於贈金餘額時，贈金將被全額回收，因此贈金本身不會產生虧損。

是的。為保障您的交易安全，當您的交易賬戶淨值低於贈金餘額，或者賬戶本金（餘額）低於10 USD時，由於本金已無法滿足最低開倉預付款要求，為避免您在資金不足的情況下嘗試開立新單，系統將自動收回全部信用贈金。請務必確保賬戶餘額充足，以維持贈金資格。

您可以隨時出金，但出金時系統將按出金金額的20%自動扣減贈金餘額，直至贈金扣完為止。

可以。本活動與其他獎賞計劃（如交易獎賞、轉倉獎賞）互不衝突，可同時參與。
但請注意，從其他獎賞計劃獲得的回贈或獎金，不會再額外產生本次活動的信用贈金。
8. 哪些客戶可以參與本次活動？

1. Eligibility
This promotion is only applicable to customers in Hong Kong, both existing and newly registered.
2. Nature and Use of Bonus
The "bonus" referred to in this promotion is a credit margin, not actual customer funds.
The bonus can only be used to increase trading leverage (as margin) and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or converted into withdrawable funds under any circumstances.
Any rewards or rebates (including trading incentives) are not considered deposits and will not generate additional credit bonuses.
3. Bonus Issuance Rules
First Deposit Bonus: Customers making their first-ever deposit after successful registration (whether existing or new) will receive a bonus of 50% of that deposit amount.
Subsequent Deposit Bonus: After the first deposit, each additional deposit will receive a 20% bonus.
Minimum Deposit Requirement: Each deposit must be ≥ 100 USD to qualify for a bonus.
Bonus Cap: There is no upper limit on the bonus—more deposits mean more bonus.
4. Definition of "First Deposit"
"First deposit" refers to the first successful deposit across all platforms and historical accounts under Ming Tak Financial.
Only the first deposit account under a customer's identity is eligible for the 50% first deposit bonus.
If a customer has multiple trading accounts, the first deposit in subsequent accounts will not receive the 50% bonus but will be eligible for the 20% bonus.
5. Bonus Deduction and Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal Deduction: When a customer initiates a withdrawal or internal transfer, the system will automatically deduct 20% of the withdrawal/transfer amount from the bonus balance until it reaches zero.
Bonus Non-transferable: Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts under the same name.
Anti-Arbitrage Policy: If a customer withdraws and then redeposits, the deposit will be deemed ineligible for the bonus, and any issued bonus will be revoked.
6. Bonus Withdrawal Mechanism (Important Notice)
Important Notice
To ensure the security of client trading, all bonus credits will be automatically and immediately withdrawn upon the occurrence of any of the following conditions:
- When the account equity is equal to or falls below the bonus credit balance;
- When the account principal (balance) is below 10 USD, which is insufficient to meet the minimum margin requirement for opening a new position.
Trading Tip: For optimal trading experience, we recommend planning positions based on actual capital and using the bonus as additional protection. If using the bonus to open larger positions, please manage risk accordingly.
7. Restrictions on Improper Trading Behavior
Ming Tak Financial reserves the right to cancel bonuses and trading privileges for customers using improper trading strategies.
Improper trading strategies include:
- Holding multiple accounts and placing opposite trades on the same product simultaneously (e.g., one account goes long, another goes short).
- Any behavior deemed arbitrage, abuse of promotional offers, or harmful to company interests.
8. Bonus Validity Period
Bonuses remain valid until:
- Customer initiates a withdrawal, triggering proportional bonus deduction
- Account net equity falls below bonus balance, triggering bonus withdrawal
- Promotion ends or account is closed
9. General Terms
Bonuses will be automatically credited to your trading account upon successful qualifying deposit.
Each customer is eligible for the 50% first deposit bonus only once.
Ming Tak Financial reserves the right to revoke or suspend accounts with suspicious activity at any time without prior notice.
Ming Tak Financial holds the final decision-making authority on all matters related to this promotion and may modify or terminate it as necessary.
