Account opening problem

Q1. How can I open a new account?

A1. You can fill in the application form for opening an account on official website, and attach valid identity documents and proof of address. If you have any remarks, you can also fill in the message box.

 

Q2. How do I know that my account has been opened?

A3. You will receive a "Notice of Opening Trading Account", which includes your login account number, password and other information. If you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us by email in [email protected].


Q3. Is there a handling charge for opening an account, depositing money, and trading to depositing money?

A3. Mingde does not charge the above handling fees
