Terms and Conditions

1. Participation Terms
   1. This competition runs from January 13, 2025, at 07:01 Hong Kong time to February 8, 2025, at 05:59.
   2. The competition is open only to new customers residing in Hong Kong and existing customers of our company.
   3. By participating in this competition, customers acknowledge that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the customer agreement published on the company's website.
2. Trading Terms
   1. The trading product for this competition is gold.
   2. Customers must register on the official website to participate in the competition.
   3. Each participant is allowed only one account for the competition.
   4. Customers will subsequently receive their competition account details and login password.
   5. Each participating customer has the following initial capital requirements:
   Demo account participants will receive $1,000 in virtual funds. Real account participants must deposit $1,000 or more as starting capital into their competition account.
   6. Each customer may only choose either a demo account or a real account for participation.
   7. The competition account will be activated for trading only on the start date.
   8. Trading volume limit: Participants must conduct at least 5 trades and accumulate 3 lots.
   9. Time limit for trades: Each position must be held for at least 2 minutes.
   10. Realcash account participants can re-deposit into their participating account without any minimum deposit requirement.
   11. Any withdrawals made before the competition ends will result in disqualification.
   12. After the competition ends, all participating accounts will no longer be able to open new positions.
       The funds in demo accounts will be automatically reset to zero.
       Customers with real accounts in the competition can transfer funds to their MTF accounts.
   13. Deposits made during this event do not qualify for credit promotions.
3. Ranking
   1. Rankings for both the preliminary and final rounds will be based on the highest profits growth rate in the account. The top 8 participants in the preliminary round will advance to the finals
   2. The formula for calculating the account profit growth rate is as follows:
   Account Net Growth = (Net Value at the end of the competition) / (Account Value at the start of the competition + Total Deposits during the competition).
   3. If two or more participants in the preliminary round have the same growth rate, the final winner will be determined by the order of their participation.
   4. The final rankings are based on the highest profits.
   5. If two or more participants in the finals have the same profit, the prize will be shared equally between them.
4. Prize Terms
   1. After the competition ends, cash prizes will be deposited into the winners' real trading accounts according to withdrawal conditions. Supermarket vouchers will be mailed to the winners.
   2. To withdraw prizes, participants must submit a written request to [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed and processed within three working days.
   3. The company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all prizes, any disqualifications, and/or any circumstances not covered by these terms and conditions. The company is not obligated to respond to any inquiries, disputes, or appeals regarding any promotional decisions.
   4. Virtual funds are solely for this simulated trading competition. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a real bank account, nor can they be used for any financial transactions outside the scope of this competition. These funds are intended for practice and competition purposes only, with no actual monetary risk involved.
5. Illegal Participation
   The company reserves the right to terminate or refuse participation in the competition under the following circumstances:
   1. Violation of the terms and conditions outlined here and/or in the terms of use. The company has reasonable grounds to suspect that a participant is abusing their privileges in the competition.
   2. Dishonesty and/or misconduct, deceptive practices, or any harmful behavior that affects the integrity of the competition.
   3. Participants having more than one competition account or submitting multiple entries in the competition.
   4. Participants deploying automated trading systems in their demo accounts for purposes of abuse, fraud, or price manipulation, or engaging in any deceptive or fraudulent trading activities in the competition.
   5. Participants using dynamic IP addresses that change over time while connecting to the internet, which is considered deceptive behavior.
   6. We will disqualify any participant we believe has engaged in unfair practices: generally, any trading activities that would not succeed in a real-world scenario. For example, individuals or groups opening multiple accounts and trading similar but opposite positions.
6. With your explicit consent, the company may specifically collect and process personal data related to any promotions you provide for the stated purposes. Your data will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure your privacy and data security.
7. This promotion is not applicable to employees of the company or their family members.
8. The company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any disputes, the company reserves the final decision.
